RATES
My rate is $135 for a 50-minute session. The fee is pro-rated in 15 minute increments for sessions over 60 minutes. I have limited slots available for clients requiring a reduced rate.
Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept all forms of payment, including PayPal. You may pay online here using a credit card.
INSURANCE
I am not on insurance panels, so I am considered an “out-of-network” provider by insurors. If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company; you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for services.
I encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
