I have deep respect for the courage it takes to tackle the challenges you are facing.
Change can be scary, and it can be difficult. Yet, it can also be empowering and life-giving. I believe change begins to happen when we are authentic about our struggles, both within ourselves and with a witness whom we trust. Just naming them, saying them out loud, begins to open up the possibilities. One of my primary responsibilities is providing a safe environment for discovery, grieving, and growing.
